REFLECTIONS

What have I learnt in this module?

Through the study of this module, I learned the Angle needed to analyze a work of art. In Task 1, I learned about Gestalt theory, balance, contrast, emphasis, movement, repetition, harmonious symbols, and words and images. Observation, analysis, and interpretation were learned in Task 2. Analyze a work step by step, from its appearance to its interior. For the last task, 3, I created my own work and understood the fundamentals that it contained.

What did I enjoy the most?

What I like most is to improve the work bit by bit in the creation of the work. And take the work to a new level.

What did I not enjoy the most?

At the beginning of contact with the design principles, the meaning of its expression and several points are not particularly understood. After many times of study, I have a preliminary understanding of them, which cost me a lot of time and energy.

What have I learnt about myself through this module?

After a preliminary understanding of the basic principles of design principles, it is not what you think is right. Rather, it is through a deeper analysis of his work to understand the principles he uses step by step. I still have some shortcomings. I can't combine what I've learned with what I've seen. Always put your own ideas first.

What has changed and what has not in my learning journey?

In the course of study, I will study and understand the materials sent by the teacher for many times. In the analysis of the work, will not be based on their own subjective opinion as the leading analysis.

What could be improved in this module?

In my opinion, some improvements can be made from the textbooks and more examples of works can be added to help students understand the design principles used more quickly.
