Tell Better Tales with Composition Summary of my lecture here
The art of visual storytelling relies on cleverly arranged elements to convey subtle imagery. Four key structural techniques - layering, precision, framing, and contrast - help enhance the narrative.
Composition is crucial to visual narrative.
It highlights the main character and has the same visual impact.

The use of contrast highlights the differences between the characters, evoking a unique sense of oppression and power imbalance. This contrast of exposure changes the perception from "nothing more" to "invincible."。

Exercises : Task 1—Vormator Challenge - character creation
Week 1 Pen Tool Practice
1. Practice in straight lines
2. In the second lesson, the learning of pen curve, the relationship between curve and straight line, the in-depth study of curve and shadow techniques, and the connection method of graphics are the necessary conditions for mastering this method.

2. In the second lesson, the learning of pen curve, the relationship between curve and straight line, the in-depth study of curve and shadow techniques, and the connection method of graphics are the necessary conditions for mastering this method.
3. I learned to use the pen tool in AI applications, including accurately approximating straight lines and curves. In addition, I practiced using the pen tool in class through Bezier games, which helped me improve my skills in accurately approximating lines and curves in AI applications.
Week 2 VormatorVideo Links:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbbQl2sU-ag&authuser=0
1. Get shapes from the Pen Tool, then use them to rearrange and combine into new shapes. This is the task: Character creation
2. I wanted a little monster like a snake, so I rearranged it.
Week 2 Vormator
Video Links:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbbQl2sU-ag&authuser=0
Inspiration:
The creature is an anatomical extension of the snake, with appendages near the head reminiscent of Medusa's snake hair. Its six arms are inspired by the Chinese mythological character Nezha, while the texture of its teeth is inspired by masks from the famous Japanese anime Tokyo.
Response:
Week 1: Using the Pen Tool through Bessel Games in class helped me improve my skills in sparse and precise lines and curves in AI applications
Week 2: Use the knowledge learned in Week 1 to edit the monsters in the Week 2 assignment
Week 3: Add lights to the recipe for a more three-dimensional look
Feedback:
Week 2: The teacher said that my idea is not bad, the shape is not bad, but the details are not good, some graphic links are not good
Week 3: The teacher pointed out that the color of the work was a little monotonous, and some shadow effects were not accurate enough. I will make corresponding adjustments and improvements according to these suggestions.
